 In this life-empowering 3-week course, parents learn how to use practical positive discipline tools to create cooperation, build self-esteem and strengthen relationships from birth to adulthood.

Caretakers of all kinds can learn how to re-frame challenges, address feelings compassionately, set limits, and understand children’s misbehavior in order to tailor their discipline more effectively.  Setting their own individual goals, adults learn how to make agreements and design effective consequences to use when agreements are not honored.  They also learn how to build their child’s self-esteem and gain cooperation while becoming versed in win-win negotiating and problem solving. 

October 8th,15th & 22nd  - 6-9pm – Aspirations Preschool, Carlsbad6286 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009
Cost: $140 plus books ($30) - **special introductory price**
           $215 per couple plus books
Optional Childcare available - $25 (per session)

The course curriculum covers the following topics:
Session 1:  Conflict Resolution, Sibling Rivalry, Anger/Thought Management, Self-Care, Intrinsic Motivation, Self-Esteem, Encouragement, and Communication
Session 2:   Goals of Misbehavior and Redirecting Techniques
Session 3:   Alternatives to Punishment, Self Control, Logical and Natural Consequences, Team Building, Family Meetings, And Family Mission Statement

After completing the course, families can continue to find connections and learn in the individualized workshops/classes or be coached individually.
